Pole Spinning Workshop – Early Bird

In this Spin Flow Workshop, you will learn an intermediate spinning routine. We will explore shapes and create flowing, individual patterns. You will understand how liquid transitions work. In the end, you can experiment with patterns and have fun creating your own style. It’s about developing a deep understanding of pole as a form of art.

Alle Levels (mit Spinning Erfahrung), 90 Minuten.
